So the adventure begins! After a very hard "see you later" to some of my closest friends and my wonderful mother, I am off on my own into this beautiful world.

Right before takeoff Mom said she would pray for me not to have an obnoxious neighbor or screaming babies on the plane ride to Los Angeles... I not only had an empty seat next to me (which I believe the man 2 seats down bought because all of his friends also have empty seats between them), but also zero screaming babies in close proximity... Instead, the man who bought both seats has a kicker and screamer behind him :x whoops.

Tried to find some Care Bears but I guess they were bouncing around elsewhere.
It is now 9:09pm eastern time and the sun has yet to lower as we follow it to LA. I can see the mountains below... Why am I describing it when I can just show you...

I shall arrive at 7:30 pm western time and take off again at 10 pm! Next destination- Kangaroo Land! Here comes a 14 hour flight... Thank God for good friends who provide fantastic care packages!
